Lenda VET Nature Fundaments

Since we started, we have always had one idea in mind: to achieve the best nutrition based on natural ingredients, without chemical coloring or preservatives, always seeking the optimization of the state and condition of each pet, accompanying them in every phase of their life and taking care of every possible pathology.

Lenda VET Nature was born to extend this principle to a sector that requires more than good intentions, where the facts tip the balance towards the resolution of pathologies, towards health and full quality of life and where you, as a veterinarian, will find a great ally in our specific recipes.

One of our principles is to go beyond what is expected and, for this, our product team has developed a series of Lenda specific Functional and Vitamin-Mineral cores, which are incorporated into recipes, in order to implement their functionality. At the same time, we try to avoid the use of preservatives and colorants of chemical synthesis, becoming the first company to manufacture products that include the functionality of its nutrition objective (Reg. 2020/354) with the virtues of a Natural product. Whatever your pet’s pathology is, you will always find a recipe adapted to their treatment and their characteristics.

Biofunctional cores

In addition to developing products adapted to the required nutritional objectives, we implement all of them with a set of Bio-functional foods that help and improve their efficacy and quality of life of the dogs. They are made of:

– Chondroprotective complex composed of glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, Methylsulfonylmethane and collagen in useful concentrations for the body, combined with the fatty acids present in the recipes to promote good articular health and treatment of osteoarthritis. .

– Nucleotides and their support to the immune system, necessary for protein synthesis and cell replication. Due to the high energy cost in the “novo” synthesis, their contribution in the diet is especially recommended.

– Combination of botanical bundles including: Salvia rosmarinus, Melissa officinalis, Taraxacum officinale, Salvia officinalis, Minthostachys verticillata, Vaccinium macrocarpon, Cynara scolymus, Silybum marianum, Panax ginseng, Punica granatum, Zingiber officinale, Urtica dioica, Camellia granatum, Curcuma longa.

The use of these ingredients provides digestive, diuretic and antioxidant properties among many others.
– Chelated minerals : That ease their absorption by the organism, limiting, in addition, interactions between different minerals that again limit their absorption and allowing them to resist the action of gastric juices. In short, greater bio-availability.
– Prebiotics: Prebiotics are essential to achieve a good intestinal flora and favor the growth of different strains of bacteria that improve the health and condition of the host.
– Probiotics as Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum, Saccharomyces boulardii, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

The recipes of Lenda VET Nature are elaborated with our exclusive cores, oriented to promote the correct functioning of the digestive, immune or articular system, since it is not exclusive and, in fact, it is very common to find different pathologies in the same patient. In the past, as a veterinary professional, you had to opt for the management of one or the other issue based on its severity; now, we offer a compendium of multifunctional recipes suitable for the treatment of multiple pathologies as long as they are compatible.

Functional cores

These functional packages are divided into 4 cores of functional food and ingredients that we combine with 3 probiotic cores designed to enhance their beneficial effects according to the nutritional objective.

FAEC Basic®: Our basic core offers the best characteristics and is the result of a deep study in which, as a result, we offer chelated minerals in combination with vitamins and natural antioxidants, in addition to Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Yucca schidigera and combining a botanical and prebiotic package, common to all recipes which will be enhanced with specific cores according to the nutritional objective to be addressed.

FAEC Joints®:Brewer’s yeast, Carrofa flour, Chondroitin sulfate, Glucosamine, Methylsulfonylmethane, Harpagofito and Pomegranate. All Ingredients with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and plastic properties, among others.

FAEC Inmune®: Ginseng, Pomegranate, Ginger, Nettle, Green Tea and Turmeric. All these functional foods are selected for their beneficial effects on the immune system, as immunostimulants, antioxidants, as sources of vitamins.

FAEC Digestive®:MOS and nucleotides from yeasts, chicory as a source of FOS, rosemary, lemon balm, dandelion, sage, mint, cranberry, artichoke, milk thistle and amino acids. The anti-inflammatory effects of these foods are combined with anti-spasmodic, fiber source, diuretic and other notable functions.

The choice of strains and their combination has been made taking into account their main benefits:
Enterococcus faecium

Vitamin-Mineral Core ®

One of the main innovations, common to all our recipes, is the development of our own exclusive vitamin-mineral core.

Vitamins and Provitamins: our exclusive vitamin complex, developed by our product department, offers an optimal balance of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), essential B group vitamins such as Folic Acid (B9), Biotin (B8), Pantothenic Acid (B5), B1,B2,B6, B12 … which are involved in multiple processes in the body. In addition, the inclusion of Betaine and vitamin C allow us to transfer to the subject and its owner the peace of mind that not only will it not have an imbalance in this aspect, but it is also perfectly balanced.

Trace elements:

in this part of the development, the effort made is even more evident as an exclusive and proprietary mineral core has been created characterized by the combination of inorganic minerals and chelated minerals for superior performance.
It is common to find minerals in their inorganic form (sulfates, phosphates, oxides…), which are poorly assimilated and have to be degraded and can be lost through feces and urine. To ensure their maximum bioavailability, we have selected the microminerals in their chelated form, which means on its organic structure, maximizing like this their bioavailability. In this way, we ensure their assimilation and obtain all the benefits they provide for the realization of all those metabolic processes in which they intervene. Chelation is a process in which a mineral is aligned with a protein or amino acid, which maximizes its ability to be absorbed by the intestinal villi, reaching the bloodstream more efficiently thanks to its lower molecular weight, being the loss much less. That’s why in our recipes you will find chelates of Iron, Copper and Zinc chelates.
